We are going to practice Vipassana (Insight) meditation by contemplating elements as discussed in the Dhatu-vibhanga Sutta: An Analysis of the Elements (MN140.)

7:00 pm – 7:30 Introducing element meditation
7:30 pm – 7:45 Guided Meditation (Element meditation)
7:45 pm – 8:30 Silent Meditation (Element meditation)

About Vipassana meditation:

Vipassana is the oldest of Buddhist meditation practices.

The object of Vipassana meditation practice is to learn to see the true nature of reality: anicca (impermanence,) dukkha (unsatisfactoriness,) and anatta (selflessness of phenomena.)
